The VW college training facility in Doncaster was chosen as the venue for this internal quiz show based on University Challenge. Their were 20 contestants from the panel beating and paint shop division of the company. They were split into 5 teams of 4 with Quentin Wilosn as our host for this fast paced interactive quiz show.

We custom designed and built the staging, digital quiz buzzer & lighting system for this event along with specially written scoring and timing software. We had to bring in extra power and air conditioning for this essentially all metal box that we were in on a very hot July afternoon.

A 32 channel audio desk was used during the show to cope with the large number of microphones in use to ensure continuity of the live sound throughout. Multiple camera feeds were used to ensure that our student audience did not miss out on the action. We had a full dress rehearsal the evening before using stand-ins to ensure that everything would run smoothly during the following days live show.
