ORACLE stages their User Group Conference & Exhibition at the Birmingham ICC every year. The event is attended by over 3000 delegates over a four day period. Our main set in Hall 1 consisted of a number of vertically hanging drapes. These were  lit both from above and below by MAC 500 intelligent lighting. This lighting was used throughout the event to enhance and change the mood in Hall 1 between sessions.

UKOUG’s guest speaker this year was Trevor Bayliss the inventor of the clockwork radio for 3rd world Countries. He speech was inspiring as he spoke of perseverance & determination in an ever changing world. On-cue dressed Hall 4 with silk drapes and LED batten lighting to enhance both the Focus Pubs and the Gala Dinner. On-cue also supplied the entertainment  for the evening in Hall 4. All of the ICC’s other halls were used to present over 420 presentations in total over the 4 day period. Our I.T. team set up the Media Suite with both WiFi & cabled access to ensure that all speakers could remain in touch with the outside world during their visit. On-cue’s communication team set up a multi-channel two way radio system complete with repeaters to ensure the smooth running of this event.
