Annual Healthcare conference for the European division of GE Healthcare brought to On-cue by Stephen Archer of The Spring Partnerships. We employed a US based production team for the staging and for all audio visual support.

All pre show liasing with the local San Diego production company was conducted by e-mail and teleconferencing from the UK up until the event with just Darrell attending as Producer with Martin handling all of the computer graphics.

The audience was seated in a 360 degree arrangement with a screen being flown at each end of the room. No lecterns were in use with the presenters having to present in the round to address each and every member of the audience.

High power data projection was employed and all audio and lighting support was suspended from an overhead circular trussing support system. Intelligent lighting was deployed to add movement to the companies logos.

A 7 metre diameter carpet with the GE logo was placed upon the floor to act as the central feature for this 9 day event. 14 syndicate rooms were also set-up within the Hotel complex along with a full exhibition area of GE products. An entertaining evening was had by all at the nearby San Diego Sea World. It was the first time that I had to cue a whale !!
