We staged an event for the Oracle Partners Network at the Emirates Stadium in London. Our main audience consisted of 650 delegates seated theatre style in the Royal Oak Suite.  We employed front projection using 12,000 lumen projectors on to twin 14 feet screens.

This was supplemented by an additional 12 x 65“ Plasma screens strategically placed within the room.  A full lighting rig and substantial audio system was in place to ensure that all the important messages were clearly heard and seen.

Live cameras were also used and the whole event was recorded for later editing & distribution to Oracle Software Users around the world.

A further two rooms were equipped with full audio & visual support for the breakout sessions that were to follow. The evening saw a Gala Dinner with entertainment from illusionist Marc Spelman. On-cue provided all of the equipment, production team, staging and transportation.
