HRG’s 2010 senior management event was held at the Beaumont House Estate near Windsor. A one day event with a rear projection twin screen stage set, 8kw data projection, 2kw audio system, and full conference lighting rig.

The low ceiling presented a few challenges with both screen sizes and the lighting rig. Additional 60 inch plasma screens were placed at mid way points down the room to ensure that all of the 300 delegates had a clear of the companies important messages that were being delivered. A summers BBQ and funfair complete with authentic ice cream vans was held the evening before the event.
