Dormer Stopps Ltd turned to On-cue to produce this event for their client IMIA. Delegates had flown in from around the world to meet at the luxurious golf and hotel resort of Gleneagles in Scotland famous for the G8 Summit. Members of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers spent 5 days discussing insurance matters for large scale projects including bridges, dams and turbines.

Social time was spent at Stirling Castle, Glenturret Distillery & aboard the SS Sir Walter Scott on Loch Katrine. The entire event was coordinated by Michael Stopps and had been in planning for 3 years.

On-cue provided the set design & construction as well as full audio visual support. This included a digitally controlled delegate microphone response system. Audio was critical at this event to ensure that everybody was heard at the right moment with the total absence of any feedback.

Rear projection was on to a 12 x 9 screen full stage backdrop incorporating a single lectern and repeater screen. A document camera was used for the projection of existing hard copy material. All of our equipment was transported to site from the South.
