A new type of event promoting West London was held in the Great Hall of Chelsea Football ground. The low ceiling height meant that a unconventional approach to both the screen and staging was required on this occasion. We used a 16:7 ratio screen to allow  for both a generous screen surface whilst making all of  the screen visible to those seated at the rear.

A full day conference, complete with 5 breakout sessions in other parts of the Chelsea venue. The day concluded with a gala dinner with Bill Turnbull as our after dinner speaker. The Taylor Bennett Partnership coordinated the logistics of this important event from concept through to show time with On-cue providing all production, technical and support services.

Front projection was employed using a 10,000 lumen projector along with a full lighting rig, audio system and live camera support. Darrell, Martin, Colin, Justin, Mark & Drew were on hand to ensure that the event was set up on time and that it ran smoothly on the day. Various local suppliers and educational establishments also exhibited their services & products in the back half of the Great Hall.
