The Hogg Robinson Group held a 2 day event at the Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt. We used 3 large front projection screens all in HD to show computer graphics, live cameras, video segments and to show the results from our Interactive voting system. On-cue liaised with a local Frankfurt supplier over the preceding 3 months to ensure that the event would be a complete success. We flew out key personnel from the UK to handle the computer graphics and the audio.

Darrell Pocock attended as event producer and show director with Martin Anderson supplying his computer graphics skills and Colin Ashman on audio. A showcase area was set up in the lobby for both HRG and their Global partners to demonstrate their latest client product offerings.

For the evening of day 1 HRG held a gala dinner and a 44 lot auction which $66,000.00 for charity. The whole event was a complete success for HRG with many important key messages being delivered. HRG will be in Dubai for their 2010 Partner Event.
